This isn't hard work to do, but it has to be done correctly. If English isn't your first language and you still want the job, you have to make sure that you can write grammatically correct English before applying. If we have to edit every task you do, changing the sentence structure, switching singular to plural and vice versa, and changing capitalization and punctuation, you will not be allowed to continue working.
If we have to edit your work for you, we might as well just write the posts. It takes as long to edit a post as to write it (probably longer, since we have to rearrange everything). So know that we don't discriminate. But if you cannot write in English well, please do not apply.
We do reserve the right to reject your posts if they are not good. Only in rare instances will you be asked to rewrite the post. It's just a waste of time to have to redo something so quick and so short. We would rather part ways. It's better for everyone involved.
So before you apply, make sure you can write well. That's all we ask. You don't have to be flawless. You don't have to captivate us all with stunning prose. It just has to be proper English. Not a lot to ask!
